As of June 2024, the team had reviewed 274 loan cases representing approximately AUD 2.72 billion in evaluations, and settled 110 loans totalling approximately AUD 857 million.
Average loan size is approximately AUD 9.94 million; average loan-to-value ratio is approximately 63%; and the arm has maintained a 100% on-time principal-and-interest repayment record.
