These terms and conditions govern your use of the TopWealth Trading website and trading services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Eligibility

Our services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old and who are not residents of jurisdictions where the distribution or use of our services would be contrary to local law or regulation, including but not limited to Australia, United States, United Kingdom, and Singapore.

Account Opening

To open a trading account, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Trading

All trading is conducted on a CFD (Contract for Difference) basis. You do not own or have any rights to the underlying assets. Prices are indicative and may differ from actual market prices. TopWealth Trading acts as the counterparty to all trades.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits must be made from accounts in your own name. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-3 business days. TopWealth Trading reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images and software, is the property of TopWealth Trading or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

Limitation of Liability

TopWealth Trading shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses incurred by you as a result of your use of our services, except to the extent that such losses are caused by our negligence or wilful default.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vanuatu. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vanuatu.
